We are Latina breast cancer survivors, Latino health care professionals, representatives from community organizations and volunteers who are committed to provide culturally sensitive support services for Latinas living with cancer in the Washington metropolitan area.

Nueva Vida was established in 1996, operated under the fiscal sponsorship of La Clinica del Pueblo and the Washington Hospital Center, and was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2000. All Nueva Vida’s services are offered in Spanish and are free of charge.
